Production time: Each SCARR piece is handcrafted. Gold rings are made to order and require 15–20 days for production before dispatch. Silver pieces are in stock and ready for prompt dispatch.
Individual character: Small variations in shape are a natural part of the handmade process. These subtle differences reflect the handcraft behind each jewel, giving it an individual character while remaining true to the original design.
Natural gemstones: For pieces featuring natural diamonds or gemstones, variations in colour, inclusions, and pattern are part of their identity. These individual characteristics give each jewel its own distinct expression.
Shipping from Switzerland: All orders are dispatched from Switzerland. Shipping time is additional to production time. International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance or local carrier processing, so please allow extra time if you are ordering for a specific date.
